Refund policy

Digital products are delivered immediately, so refunds are limited.

If a file is corrupted, inaccessible, or the purchase was duplicated, contact support within 14 days and we will fix access or refund the duplicate/failed delivery as appropriate.

Refunds are not offered because a buyer changed their mind after downloading files, expected custom implementation, or wanted unsupported consulting help.
